What to expect in a Session

Personal Sessions are about having a safe, confidential environment to experience healing - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I prepare myself before each session by completing my own spiritual preparation.

Client sessionA session begins with completion of Consent and Intake Forms. The Consent Form clarifies the professional relationship we are establishing. The Intake Form consists of documenting the events of your life which have brought you to see me.

Together we set goals for what you would like to achieve and we agree on how to measure your success.

The session follows with the selection of energy techniques and services to clear energy blocks, reduce pain, increase energy flow, relax or calm down, whatever supports your healing process.

The session concludes with a post assessment to discuss changes to your energy field. We discuss your experience as energy findings are shared and recorded.

The first session typically lasts 1¾ to 2 hours to allow adequate time to complete the Intake, complete a one hour healing session, and have time for follow-up discussion of your experience, ask questions and determine a plan if needed. Follow-up sessions are scheduled for an hour.

I follow the established Professional Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics identified to maintain my registered nurse license and certification by professional organizations.

Music to relaxI am committed to working with your current traditional health care providers in any capacity that assists you in your healing journey. Referrals are accepted from and can be made to a variety of health care providers, both traditional and non-traditional. I welcome appropriate, professional communication.

I'm here for you.
